We collect data directly from you or through your connected HR systems and authorized integrations (e.g., through Merge.dev). We only access data fields required to screen for and submit employment-based incentives and tax credits.

We use your data to provide and improve the Services, including:
- Identifying eligibility for federal, state, and local tax credits (e.g., WOTC)
- Submitting and tracking tax credit applications with relevant agencies
- Automating compliance with filing deadlines and documentation

We do not use employee data for any unrelated purposes, nor do we share your data for marketing or resale purposes.
